299 individual attorney profiles, 40 law-firm profiles, and 299 supported professional–firm links. All 274 profiles disclose their evidence status; official registry matching remains pending.

Deployment truth

The working domain is provisional. Domain ownership, DNS, SSL, deployment, production operation, and production support have not been verified.

Medical and legal limits: The platform does not diagnose, recommend treatment, determine malpractice or causation, calculate a deadline, estimate case value, or create a professional relationship.

Twenty-five individual profiles and one firm page were added from a current first-party directory and individual pages directly identifying medical-malpractice work. They remain unclaimed, not platform-verified public-information pages. Exact official registration matches and individual matter assignments remain pending; inquiries and appointments remain closed.

Exact release identity

The uncached /api/release-identity endpoint exposes the source version and only reports an exact commit or artifact digest when deployment environment values are actually configured. Provider acceptance and live convergence remain unproven.

V37 owner-action and continuation status

No owner action blocks this source release. The portal records deployment binding as dormant unless deployment is specifically requested. When a genuine owner-controlled dependency blocks requested work, the V37 notifier requires one prominent exact action, a secret-safety warning, the bounded blocked work, and the independent work that continues.

Deployment, exact repository commit, provider acceptance, live convergence, inquiries, appointments, payments, and production voice remain closed or unproven.
