# Medical Malpractice Law Aid Independent Smarter Justice medical-malpractice preparation micro-portal. Current source release: v0.58.0. Deployment and live-domain verification are not proven. Public capabilities include deterministic device-only preparation tools, source-separated records organization, encrypted local backup, local exports, neutral professional and firm discovery, bilingual Community Help, and public profile-evidence transparency. Profiles: 449 attorneys and 46 firms with 424 source-tracked professional-firm relationships. All profiles are unclaimed, not platform-verified, nonparticipating, nonpaying, inquiry-disabled, and appointment-disabled. Current firm-roster and firm-level specialty evidence is recorded for new profiles; official registry matching and individual matter assignment remain pending. The release includes local structured profile-ingestion controls. It never automatically publishes a profile and does not claim licensing, good standing, availability, endorsement, participation, or referral eligibility. The V40 continuation release also adds a chat-independent exact-release identity endpoint and deployment qualification tooling. Exact commit, provider acceptance, live convergence, and production verification remain unproven. The Care Sequence Crosscheck is bilingual and device-only. It helps users connect care events with expected record categories and factual follow-up gaps without uploading or persisting entries. No diagnosis, treatment recommendation, malpractice determination, causation finding, deadline calculation, filing, upload, production external AI, professional routing, payment, inquiry, appointment, recording, transcript persistence, or live voice service is active. Community Help preserves all 22 canonical resource categories with privacy-first device-only selection and printable starting lists. The central Smarter Justice community destination is not represented as live without deployment evidence.
